All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our virtual assistant onboarding and assignment process, all purchases are final. Once a payment is processed and your VA is scheduled, we begin dedicating time and resources to your account.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for unused hours, partial months, or early cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at NotisandCoVA@gmail.com before your next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for time already billed or unused service.

We strongly encourage new clients to take advantage of our complimentary 1-day trial prior to committing to a paid plan.

Subscription & Billing

All plans are billed monthly in advance. A receipt is emailed after each payment. Clients may request to upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time by contacting our support team. Plan adjustments will take effect in the following billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon.

Fair Use Policy

Virtual assistants provided by Notis & Co. are assigned exclusively to your business. Sharing your VA with another business entity, reselling services, or requesting tasks beyond the agreed-upon scope may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.
